Membership Agreement Reno Landscaping
By signing up with Reno Landscaping, the member voluntarily agrees to participate in the private membership arrangement operated through Reno Landscaping, a subdivision of FamLee Associates.
The member understands and agrees that dues are membership contributions made in connection with private membership participation. By joining and paying dues, the member gives implied consent to the terms of membership and to the internal rules, procedures, and operations of the association.
Membership benefits are available only to members and may include landscaping-related assistance, coordination, scheduling, or other association-provided benefits made available within the private membership structure. These benefits are provided only as part of membership and are not offered as public commercial services.
The member agrees to provide accurate and current information, to cooperate with scheduling and access requirements, and to comply with any reasonable rules necessary for membership participation and internal operations. The association may contact the member by email, text, or phone regarding membership, scheduling, or related matters.
The association may suspend or terminate membership for nonpayment of dues, violation of these terms, misuse of membership benefits, misrepresentation, or conduct inconsistent with the private membership arrangement. Upon termination, membership rights and access to benefits end unless otherwise stated by the association.
The association is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership participation or from the unavailability, delay, or modification of membership benefits. The member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the association, its agents, and its representatives from claims arising from the member’s breach of these terms or misuse of membership benefits.
By paying dues and participating in membership, the member acknowledges notice of and assents to these terms.
No signature is required for membership, and payment of dues together with participation constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement is subject to the Association’s bylaws and Articles of Association, which govern the rights, obligations, procedures, and administration of membership.
